FEATURES: Similar to an SF renewable bushing, but with passages to direct coolant to the cutting area. This design is particularly good for washing away chips, especially when ordered as the combination "Directed Coolant Chip Breaker" (DCCH).
LINERS: Directed-Coolant Bushings require special liners, DCL or DCHL, to direct coolant from a drilled manifold passage to the holes in the bushing's OD wall. Important: always order the liner length listed in the table, for proper hole alignment. DC bushings must be the same length as their liners, while DCCH bushings must extend beyond their liners to the next standard length.

NO-COUNTERBORE ON LONG BUSHINGS: Extremely long bushings with a small ID size (marked * ) are counterbored according to ANSI standards for proper drill-bearing length to eliminate binding and heat buildup.
