FEATURES: Use for raising clamps and locators up to reach the workpiece, parallel to the tooling plate. Riser Plates can be mounted either the short way or the tall way. Two sides have Locating-Screw holes with bushings for accurately mounting the Riser Plate to a tooling plate. The other two sides have multipurpose holes for mounting clamps and locators. Finished to tight tolerances, with all multipurpose holes spaced within .0008" of true position (.0004" for Mini).

MOUNTING: Fasten with two Locating Screws and two Socket-Head Cap Screws (order separately).
MATERIAL: Body > Gray cast iron, ASTM class 45. Bushings > High-carbon steel, heat treated. Threaded inserts > Steel. Protection Plugs > Plastic. |
