Cast Iron
FEATURES: Precision two-sided frame for mounting Vertical Tooling Plates, allowing quick fixture changes. Also, the center opening can be used to machine a workpiece from the back side. Both faces are accurately finish ground to tight tolerances, and qualified to the base. One-piece cast construction provides superior accuracy, dimensional stability, and vibration dampening.

MOUNTING: Dual mounting capability allows both JIS mounting (locating from two reference edges) and DIN mounting (locating from center and radial holes) with excellent accuracy. Mounting holes fit almost any USA or metric slot spacing.
MATERIAL: Body > Gray cast iron, ASTM class 45. Bushings > High-carbon steel, heat treated. Threaded inserts > Steel. |
